FTSI Spin Machine: Crane Wheels

The FTSI Spin machine can also flame harden crane wheels. Using flame heads, this machine heats the crane wheels at the tread and inner flange. It then lowers the wheel into the quench tank to complete the process. After raising the crane wheel out of the quench tank, the flame hardened crane wheel now has a harder tread and flange, making it stronger and more resistant to wear.
